With 21 years of specialized experience spanning medical coding, auditing, compliance, and health information technology, Ashley founded Golden Bee Billing Services (GBBS) to solve a pervasive industry challenge: medical providers stuck between increasingly complex payer rules and patient care.
Holding six industry-gold-standard credentials across coding, billing, practice management, and auditing, Ashley brings elite regulatory rigor to practice revenue cycles. She established GBBS to bridge the gap between healthcare practices and insurance entities—delivering structured, transparent, and high-accountability billing frameworks paired with white-glove, boutique support for group practices. Under her direction, GBBS serves as a high-performing strategic partner known for unyielding integrity, audit readiness, and measurable financial results.
With over two decades of healthcare experience, Jojo brings a rare fusion of clinical insight, financial precision, and project execution to Golden Bee Billing Services. A Registered Nurse (RN) for 10 years, Jojo understands patient care workflows and clinical documentation from the provider's perspective—ensuring claims are accurately coded, clean, and compliant right from the start.
Complemented by 8 years as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and 6 years of CPA tax experience, Jojo bridges the gap between practice management, complex billing logistics, and revenue cycle stability. She specializes in streamlining operations, eliminating revenue leakage, and designing efficient billing frameworks that allow healthcare providers to focus on care while Golden Bee secures their bottom line.

Holding a degree in Healthcare Administration, Crystal serves as Vice President of Operations at Golden Bee Billing Services, working directly alongside leadership to direct daily operational workflows and client communications.
Crystal bridges high-level administrative oversight with frontline practice management, managing email support, front desk operations, and internal systems organization. Her dual focus on structural efficiency and responsive communication keeps the GBBS team seamlessly aligned—ensuring practices experience smooth onboarding, rapid support, and dependable operational consistency.
Operating directly alongside executive leadership, Lorraine manages internal regulatory compliance and content strategy at Golden Bee Billing Services. Working behind the scenes, she tracks shifting payer guidelines, state and federal regulations, and coding updates to keep GBBS operations aligned and audit-ready.
In addition to regulatory oversight, Lorraine crafts internal policy resources and authors Golden Bee's knowledge base and article content—ensuring the team stays informed and the agency's messaging accurately reflects industry standards.
Austyn leads the creative direction and digital presence at Golden Bee Billing Services, overseeing website design, brand strategy, and multi-channel marketing. He translates the agency’s high standards of clinical and financial expertise into a clean, modern visual identity.
